Independent Facebook & Instagram advertising

Paid social for service businesses, tended with care.

We are a small agency that plans, builds and manages Facebook and Instagram campaigns for firms that sell expertise and trust: consultancies, home services, course creators and B2B teams. One careful point of contact, a short list of clients, and reports you can read over coffee.

No lock-in promises, no mystery dashboards. Your ad account stays yours.

Services

Four things, done properly.

We keep the offer narrow on purpose. Everything below is handled by the same small team, so the person who writes your ads also reads your results.

  1. Lead-form & enquiry campaigns

Campaigns built to bring in enquiries you can actually follow up: instant forms with sensible qualifying questions, or click-throughs to a landing page you already own.

    • Audience and offer mapping before anything goes live
    • Form design: question order, wording, privacy link, thank-you step
    • Practical advice on following up promptly
  2. Local awareness

For businesses that serve a defined area, we set up reach and awareness campaigns around the towns, suburbs or regions you genuinely cover.

    • Service-area targeting with realistic radii
    • Seasonal and capacity-aware scheduling
    • Page and profile tidy-up recommendations
  3. Creative & copy

Plain, specific ads written in your voice. We draft the words, brief or edit the visuals, and test a small number of clear ideas rather than a hundred shallow ones.

    • Headline and primary-text drafts in sets of variations
    • Static image and short video direction, using your own assets where possible
    • Claims checked against platform advertising policies before submission
  4. Management & plain-language reporting

Ongoing care of the account: budget pacing, creative rotation, audience refinement and tidy housekeeping. Then a report that says what happened and what we will do next.

    • A written summary each month, with a call if you would like one
    • Clear notes on what changed and why
    • Honest commentary, including what did not work

What we believe

Good advertising should feel like a clear invitation, not a shout. We would rather earn fewer, better enquiries than fill an inbox with noise.

That belief shapes the work: honest offers, careful targeting, copy that says what you do, and reporting that does not hide behind jargon.

Approach

A steady rhythm, four movements.

Every engagement follows the same sequence. It is unglamorous, and it is the reason campaigns stay calm after launch.

  1. Listen

A discovery call and a short questionnaire: who you serve, what a good enquiry looks like, what you can handle each week, and what has been tried before.

  2. Plan

A written plan covering offer, audiences, creative direction, tracking set-up and budget phasing. You approve it before we build.

  3. Launch

We build the campaigns inside your own ad account, using the access you grant, and submit the ads for the platform's standard review.

  4. Tend

Regular check-ins, careful adjustments and monthly reporting. We trim what is not working and give more room to what is.

Who we help

Businesses that sell expertise and reliability.

Our work suits teams with a clear service, a considered sales conversation and the capacity to reply to new enquiries quickly.

Consultancies & professional studios

Strategy, design, marketing, operations and similar advisory firms that want a steady trickle of well-fitted introductions rather than volume.

Home & trade services

Landscapers, renovators, cleaners, installers and repair businesses with a defined service area and a calendar to fill responsibly.

Courses & education creators

Independent teachers, workshop hosts and training providers promoting cohorts, webinars or sign-up lists with a clear next step.

B2B service firms

Agencies, IT support providers, logistics and other business services looking for decision-maker enquiries with a longer sales cycle.

We may decline work where we are not the right fit, or where an ad idea could not be run in line with the platform's advertising policies.

FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions we are asked most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, write to us.

Who owns the ad account and the Facebook Page?

You do. We work inside your ad account and Page through the platform's own permission settings, so you can see everything and remove our access whenever you choose. We never ask for, and you should never share, your login passwords.

How is ad spend paid?

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform through your own payment method on your own account. It is separate from our service fees, which are set out in your written agreement. We do not hold or pool your advertising budget.

Can you guarantee a number of leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your offer, pricing, market, budget, how quickly you respond and factors outside our control. We commit to careful work, clear communication and honest reporting, not to specific outcomes.

Will my ads definitely be approved?

We write and prepare ads with the platform's advertising policies in mind, but Meta makes its own review decisions and can reject, limit or remove ads at any time. If an ad is declined, we will explain what we know and suggest compliant alternatives.

Who is responsible for the lead data we collect?

You are. As the business collecting enquiries, you are responsible for how that data is stored, used and protected under the laws that apply to you, including consent, privacy notices and marketing rules. We can help you structure forms sensibly, but we do not provide legal advice.

Do you rent ad accounts or work around platform rules?

No. We do not rent, lend or sell ad accounts, and we do not use cloaking, fake pages or any other method to get around platform policies. If a campaign cannot be run properly, we will tell you so.

What should I include in my first message?

Tell us what you do, where you operate, who you want to reach and roughly what you would like to achieve. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other payment details in an enquiry. We will never need them by email.
